What to do if your student is absent on Treat Day:

Please email coloneljefarewellps@ddsb.ca by 10:00AM to arrange to either:

  1. Pick up treat/lunch items from main office on day of - we will label items and leave on cart for pick up for 12:00PM

  2. Request treat/lunch items be given to a sibling or friend to either eat or bring home

  3. Request that popcorn/beverages be held until following day for pick up

 

We will keep subs/tacos/burritos refrigerated until the following day but it is the students responsibility to pick up from the main office.

All Pizza lunch items are disposed by end of day if office does not receive notice

If they are not claimed the following day/or office has not been given any of the above instructions perishable items will be disposed of.

STEM NIGHT: Family Engagement Event

 2024/2025 Yearbook!

Our yearbook club has been hard at work all year capturing our school events, sports, clubs and school activities to feature in our yearbook, which will also include classroom and student photos.

 

 Yearbook orders will be delivered on June 20th.

You can order your Yearbook now for $35 on SchoolCashOnline – orders close on May 5th.

 

 

 

Students can also enter the YEARBOOK COVER CONTEST!! 

Students of any grade are encouraged to create their very own yearbook cover

Criteria

  • Can be hand drawn or digital or a combination of both
  • Art can be in colour or black and white
  • Must contain the school logo - can be downloaded from web browser
  • Must contain school full name: Colonel J.E. Farewell Public School
  • Must Contain "Yearbook 2024/2025"
