 Winter Market - CALL FOR VENDORS 
Calling All Creators! 
Do you make it, bake it, design it, sew it, pour it, paint it, or craft it? We want YOU at our Winter Market! 
We're seeking talented local vendors offering handmade clothing, candles, holiday décor, artwork, jewelry, gifts, specialty treats, and more. 
We're also opening our doors to Mini Makers because big creativity comes in small packages! Young entrepreneurs are invited to showcase and sell their unique creations alongside our talented local vendors.
Join us as we launch what we hope will become a beloved community holiday tradition filled with creativity, connection, and festive cheer.

What to do if your student is absent on Lunch or Treat Day?

Please email coloneljefarewellps@ddsb.ca by 10:00AM to arrange to either:

  1. Pick up treat/lunch items from main office on day of - we will label items and leave on cart for pick up for 12:00PM

  2. Request treat/lunch items be given to a sibling or friend to either eat or bring home

  3. Request that popcorn/beverages be held until following day for pick up

 

We will keep subs/tacos/burritos refrigerated until the following day but it is the students responsibility to pick up from the main office.

All Pizza lunch items are disposed by end of day if office does not receive notice

If they are not claimed the following day/or office has not been given any of the above instructions perishable items will be disposed of.
