What to do if your student is absent on Lunch or Treat Day?

Please email coloneljefarewellps@ddsb.ca by 10:00AM to arrange to either:

  1. Pick up treat/lunch items from main office on day of - we will label items and leave on cart for pick up for 12:00PM

  2. Request treat/lunch items be given to a sibling or friend to either eat or bring home

  3. Request that popcorn/beverages be held until following day for pick up

 

We will keep subs/tacos/burritos refrigerated until the following day but it is the students responsibility to pick up from the main office.

All Pizza lunch items are disposed by end of day if office does not receive notice

If they are not claimed the following day/or office has not been given any of the above instructions perishable items will be disposed of.

School Events

Parent Teacher Interviews  

We will be holding Parent-Teacher Interviews at the school on Thursday, November 13th from 3:30 – 7:30 pm and Friday, November 14th from 9:00am – 12:00 noon. This semester, you will be able to schedule your Parent-Teacher Interviews online. If you wish to schedule a meeting with any of your child's teachers, please follow the instructions printed further down the page.

 

You will be able to make appointments starting on November 5th at 8:00 am until November 12th at 11:00 pm.

 

Instructions

1. Go to the Colonel J.E. Farewell scheduling website at https://parentinterview.com/s/cjfps

2. Enter your child's 9-digit Ontario Education Number (OEN) and click "Sign In"

    You can find your child’s Ontario Education Number on their report card

3. Fill in your contact information and click "Continue to Make Appointments"

4. Click on the name of a teacher with whom you wish to schedule an appointment

5. Click on an "Available" time at which you wish to meet with that teacher

6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 until you have scheduled all the teachers you wish to see

7. Click on "My Schedule" (top left of the page)

8. Print out, email or copy down your schedule

 

Should you wish to cancel an appointment you have made, click on "Cancel" beside the meeting you wish to have removed from your schedule.
